Smaart Associates was established in 2001 to provide mortgage advice to borrowers in the South East of England. Since then we have expanded our service to offer mortgage advice to clients across the UK and Northern Ireland.
Smaart Associates has become well known
for offering whole of market mortgage advice without charging
a brokerage fee. Our services now include our branded legal service
and home information pack preparation service.
March 2008 saw the launch of a new and
progressive mortgage service in the UK. Under a new trading name
of Smaart Direct, we are able to offer a whole of market mortgage
arrangement service. The Smaart Direct service is suitable for
borrowers not needing mortgage advice and offers a commission
